How long is the voucher valid?
Six months from issue. The expiry date is printed on the voucher and in the email.
What if the recipient wants a different program?
The voucher can be exchanged for another course, academy, camp or webinar of the same or lower price — just email info@lernety.cz. Any difference for a pricier option is simply topped up.
Does the recipient need a Lernety account?
They create one when redeeming the code — it takes a minute. The program then appears among their own.
When do they get instructions for a live program?
For courses, camps and webinars with a fixed date, we send all instructions a week before the start — to the email the recipient enters when redeeming.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. As long as it hasn't been redeemed, we refund the full amount within 14 days, no questions asked.
Will I get a receipt?
We email the invoice right after payment. The recipient never sees the price on the voucher unless you want them to.
